Plum Park Hotel is a wedding venue based in Towcester, Northampton. The beautiful manor house and gardens can be the setting for your whole wedding day, with onsite accommodation to get ready on the morning of your wedding and to stay the night of your wedding day. The venue can host up to 120 guests in the orangery for your civil ceremony, this is a beautiful light filled space. alternatively, if you have more guests the marquee can accommodate up to 200 guests for your ceremony. The marquee is also used for your wedding breakfast and evening reception. So you really can have the whole day in one location.

There are 12 bedrooms available for guests to use, meaning your close loved ones can spend the night. When you get married at Plum Park the whole venue is private use meaning only your wedding guests will be using the hotel. The outside space is just as stunning as the inside space, with large lawns, orchard and flower filled garden beds, as well as a patio space with plenty of seating. Giving you and your guests lots of external space to explore and plenty of beautiful backdrops for your photos.

From a wedding photography point of view, Plum Park offers plenty of opportunities for beautiful backdrops for your wedding photos. The interior of the bridal suite provides a pretty backdrop for getting ready in the morning. Later in the day after your wedding ceremony, we can make use of the staircase entrance hall and ceremony room for photos indoors. We can then head outside and make use of the large and varied gardens, giving you open grass, tree covered walks and gardens full of flowers, giving you a huge variety of potential photo opportunities. With so much space indoors and outdoors this is the perfect venue if your worried about any rain as you’ll still have lots of space and photo opportunities whatever the weather throws at you.

From a photography point of view we are spoilt for options here. We could spend all day taking couples photos, we won’t of course, but we do have lots of options and can give you lots of variety in your final images. The venue is also very local to us so we know it well.
